Executive Chairman - Managing Partner
Pierre is a seasoned investor with over 30 years in Real Estate Private Equity and in Deep Technology Venture Capital since 2016.
After some years in Investment Banking with Citibank and JP Morgan, he set up his first LBO at age 28, scaled up to a pan-European group of real estate advisory and asset management companies sold to a London Stock Exchange listed group, which became the second worldwide in its market.
He has a proven track record of successful exits both in private and public market in real estate developments and investments.
As VC investor in Deep Technology, Pierre is Co-founder and Chairman of Aerendir Global Technologies Inc. (Mountain View, CA), a revolutionary technology company.
He is also Professor and Co-Director of the Solvay Business School Executive Program in Real Estate, a visiting professor in Entrepreneurial Venture Capital at HEC Paris, Paris Dauphine, and Sciences Po Paris at both Master and Executive Programs, and a member of HEC-X Mines Jury for Start-Ups and Scale Ups.
Group Chief Executive Officer - Managing Partner
With over 25 years of experience in managing large multifunctional real estate projects across Europe, Vittorio has worked for two major Belgian real estate developers active internationally.
At Wilhelm & Co, Vittorio was involved in large projects at a pan-European level, gaining extensive experience in diverse markets.
Between 2003 and 2010 at Foruminvest, Vittorio was responsible for multifunctional projects, including residential, offices and retail in Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2010 he played a leading role in the LBO to acquire the Belgian platform from the Dutch mother company Foruminvest, which became Citymall.
Between 2010 and 2015 at CityMall, he took on the role of Head of Development and served as a board member for the subsidiaries in Italy and Poland.
He contributed to CityMall’s expansion across Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, and Poland during this period.
CEO Capital Markets - Managing Partner
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate and banking sectors, Rik has held prominent leadership roles in major organizations, both listed and non-listed.
Rik served as the CEO of BESIX Group, a leading Belgian construction and real estate development company active in 23 countries, with a turnover of 3 billion EUR. Under his leadership, BESIX Group expanded its global footprint and strengthened its position as an international industry leader.
Prior to his role at BESIX, Rik was CEO of ING Belgium and Luxembourg, where he successfully guided the bank through significant growth and development, enhancing its market position and service offerings.
Currently, Rik is the Chairman of WDP (Warehouses De Pauw), a BEL20 Euronext-listed company.
In addition to his chairmanship at WDP, Rik is a Board Member of TPF Group, a Belgian multidisciplinary engineering consultancy active in over 40 countries, as well as a Board Member of Steelinvest Group and New Vision.
Rik also serves as an advisor to Xior, the largest student housing company listed on Euronext, where he contributes his expertise to support the company's expansion and strategic initiatives.

Reginald is a seasoned expert with over 40 years of experience in project development, specializing in the Affordable and Intermediate Housing sectors. He has focused particularly on both Build-to-Rent and Build-to-Sell models within a family-owned portfolio that has encompassed several thousand units over the years.
Reginald is a member of the Advisory Committee of LeadCrest Capital Partners, one of Europe’s leading sale and leaseback specialists, with offices in London, Paris, Luxembourg, and New York. In this role, he provides strategic guidance and insights, contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.
For over 20 years, Reginald has also served as a Board Member of W. P. Carey, one of the largest diversified net lease Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in North America and Europe. He oversaw a portfolio valued at 25 billion USD, ensuring sound investment strategies and sustainable growth.

Edouard Scarcez is the Chief Finance & Investment Officer at Next Day, bringing extensive expertise in real estate finance and investment.
Most recently, he served as Head of Investments at Befimmo, the second largest REIT previously listed on Euronext and fully acquired by Brookfield, where he managed the investment activities of the Group (€3 billion portfolio of commercial real estate assets), leading investment strategies and overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions with a focus on ESG.
His previous roles include Corporate Finance Manager at Befimmo and Transaction Advisory Consultant at EY Belgium. Edouard holds a Master in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management and completed an Executive Programme in Real Estate at Solvay Brussels School.
Hicham El Mimouni is Senior Investment Analyst at Next Day with extensive expertise in real estate finance and business development.
He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Henley Business School & ICMA Centre, and an MSc in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School (VUB), both with distinction.
His professional experience includes roles as a Valuation Consultant at BNPPRE, where he provided strategic property advice and valuation reports for institutional investors, and as an Investment Analyst at AEW London, a prime US real estate investment manager, supporting market analyses across Europe.
Hicham’s diverse background is further enriched by internships in research and business development, focusing on sustainability, capital raising, and financial analysis.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, Marie is a strategic business development expert specializing in fostering strategic partnerships and driving sustainable growth in organizations from startups to SMEs.
She has a proven track record in the startup, venture capital, and private equity sectors in New York and London.
At Next Day, her role includes designing and executing investor relations strategies, clearly communicating fund strategy and achievements.
Sylvie Bratic began her architectural career in 2005, accumulating valuable experience in various Belgian and international firms.
By 2016, she had demonstrated her versatility and leadership in overseeing luxury and mid-range residential projects. Transitioning to real estate development, she worked with renowned Belgian and international developers, showcasing her expertise as Project Manager and Developer for companies such as the private real estate platform of the Mulliez family with 14 residential and mixt projects in 8 countries, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV and BVI.EU.
Currently, as CDO, Sylvie manages extensive projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet our ambitious objectives.
Benoît Hoyas brings 20 years of experience in Architecture and Real Estate Development, with a track record in residential, hospitality, retail, and offices projects across Europe.
He studied Architecture in Brussels and Venice, then specialized in luxury architecture, and developed his own practice.After studying Real Estate at Solvay Business School, he worked at Euronext listed companies Home Invest Belgium, and at Promiris, in charge of investment opportunities, feasibilities, design, execution, marketing and sales. Benoît also holds postgraduate certificates, in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris, and in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
At Next Day, Benoît is responsible for the acquisition and development of the new real estate projects.
Aya Iskandarani is an accomplished architect who graduated from the Lebanese American University in Beirut and holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design from ENSAV La Cambre in Belgium. With six years of professional experience, she has worked in architectural firms across Belgium, Lebanon, and the Gulf countries, gaining substantial expertise in architecture and design.
At Next Day, Aya leverages her knowledge by utilizing AI and BIM technologies to develop modular wooden architecture.
Michel is a industrial engineer in construction with almost 25 years’ experience. He has worked for renowned development and construction companies such as Galère, Thomas et Piron, and Cordeel, working as a Site Manager for several years on projects including Belle-Île in Liège, Cora de Recourt, Sainte-Rosalie Hospital, as well as various residential and multi-residential projects.
His career path led him to become a Project Manager at Atos Group, where he served for over eight years, supervising the completion of more than 250 units.
Elodie Dechambre has been a real estate agent for 15 years, with experience in both agencies and construction companies, specializing in the sale of new properties, including off-plan and turnkey projects.
Her expertise is further enhanced by her work with companies like Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs, where she marketed investment properties across multiple European countries.
At Next Day, she will implement an effective and rapid sales strategy to market the units developed by the group.
