Head of Next Day Concept & Design
We are seeking a Head of Concept & Design to lead our in-house studio, overseeing sustainable residential projects and managing a multidisciplinary design team. The role focuses on integrating digital tools (BIM, 3D, Digital Twin) and innovative construction methods, offering the chance to shape smart, eco-conscious housing within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Lead the full lifecycle of innovative residential projects, from land acquisition and design to financing, construction, and delivery. Combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, you will drive sustainable, high-quality developments integrating digital tools and green technologies.
